The upper fixture consists of a pair of flat metal plates that rotate around an axis. The upper fixture is driven by a motor and moves back and forth along a horizontal axis.
4. The lower fixture and the upper fixture are in the same plane. When the EF edge of the upper fixture is horizontal, the distance between the upper edge of the lower fixture and the EF edge of the upper fixture is (25.0 ± 0.5) mm;
The lower fixture is composed of a pair of flat metal plates, fixed below the upper fixture, in the same plane as the upper fixture, to fix the sample.
