| The word elimination rate tester consists of two sets, one is the coloring paper making machine and the other is the eraser. First, the test paper fixed on the roller of the test paper making machine was contacted at a 75 degree Angle with a sharpened 0.6mm HB pencil under the action of 0.3kgf, and the line was drawn on the test paper at a speed of 310±10cm/min
Vertical contact was made on the test paper. After rubbing the test 4 times at a speed of 36±2CM/MIN under standard load of 0.5kg, the test paper was taken down and the concentration was determined with a lead concentrator.The machine can also be used for eraser abrasion rate test. |
