LT-WJ14 cusp tester
Technical parameters |
1. Material: stainless steel |
2. Volume: 112*16*16mm |
3. Weight: 80g |
4. Accessories: tip tester, counterweight weight, 2 light bulbs, a pair of batteries |
Test procedure and use method |
1. Cusp tester calibration procedure: rotate clockwise to release the locking ring; Turn the test cap clockwise until the red indicator lights up; Slowly turn the test cap counterclockwise until the light is just off; Turn the test cap forward/back to determine the exact position when the indicator light is just on; The scale marked by the reference lock ring is aligned with one of the scale lines of the test cap; Turn the test cap 5 square scale line counterclockwise (the distance between the two short lines on the cap is one square); Tighten the locking ring until it is tight against the tail cap. |
2. Cusp test procedure: Put the tip into the cusp tester measuring slot, hold the test object and apply 4.5N force to check whether the light will turn on. If the cusp tester is left perpendicular and no external force is applied, then the external force applied by the measured object is 4.5N (1LBS). |
3. Determination: If the light is on, the measured object is an unqualified product, that is, a sharp point. |
4. Place the sharp point tester on the accessible point and check whether the tested point can be inserted into the sharp point tester to reach the specified depth. The tip to be tested is inserted into the measuring tank, and 1 pound of external force is applied to make the indicator light, and this tip is judged to be a sharp tip. |
5. Wood spines in wooden toys are dangerous sharp points, so they must not exist on toys. |
6. Before each inspection, the induction head must be adjusted according to the regulations to ensure that the induction is accurate and sensitive. |
7. When adjusting the sharp point tester, first loosen the lock ring, and then rotate the lock ring to move it forward enough to expose the correction reference scale on the circle. Turn the measuring cover clockwise until the indicator light shines. Just turn the measuring cover counterclockwise until the appropriate micrometer mark is in line with the calibration scale, then turn the locking ring until the locking ring is against the measuring cover to hold the measuring cover in place. |
8. Age limit: less than 36 months, 37 months to 96 months |
9.Point test requirements: Sharp points are not allowed on the toy; There can be functional sharp points on the toy, and there must be warning instructions, but there must not be non-functional sharp points. |
