4.4.4 Repeated opening and closing shall meet the following requirements:
a) The single-point locking device form can still be opened and closed after 150,000 repeated opening and closing tests, and the operating force should meet the requirements of 44la);
b) Single-point locker form II. After 150,000 repeated opening and closing tests, it can still be opened and closed, and the operating torque should meet the requirements of 4.4.1b);
C) After 50,000 repeated opening and closing tests in the form of a single-point lock, it can still be opened and closed, and the operating torque should meet the requirements of 441c).
5.4.4 Repeated opening and closing shall be carried out in accordance with the following provisions:
a) Install the single-point locking device form I and the single-point locking device form II according to the actual use state and ensure that the lock hook does not collide with the lock seat during the movement
Test frequency 10 times/min~15 times/min After every 5000 times of repeated opening and closing test tests, the operating force or operating torque is measured according to the method of 5.4.1;
b) Install the single-point locking device form III on the rigid member, and take the locking part completely retracted and stretched out as a cycle, and the test frequency is 10 times/min~15
After completing 50,000 repeated opening and closing cycles per minute, the operating torque is measured according to the method of 5.4.1
