Characteristic

2. According to the test requirements of the power battery, the test system can be squeezed to 30% of the size of the battery module (that is, the deformation ratio), or set a certain pressure value (for example, the extrusion force is 100kN), when the extrusion test After reaching the pressure value, you can set the pressure duration (within 1 ~ 9999s) and stop the test, which is the pressure-holding test mode or stop the test immediately.
3. It can be realized or through the built-in high-precision encoder, and the multi-step and multi-stage extrusion test requirements can be freely programmed in the test software; in the test with stroke control variables, after the extrusion test is completed, the extrusion plate Keep the state without moving after the test is over, to avoid the extrusion head moving back due to battery expansion; at the same time, it can also be set to return the extrusion plate to the initial position after the extrusion is completed, two methods are available.
4. It can combine various test requirements above,
a. It can realize the test of any single condition in the three conditions of pressure, stroke (deformation can be a value or a percentage), and voltage;
b. It can also realize the test of any combination of the three test modes as the control variable, that is, set three or two test conditions at the same time, and if any f condition is met, the test will be stopped after setting.
